Overview
PT Amanda Arumdhani Aishwarya (Mugi Rekso Abadi Group), the retail company behind the South Korea brand "Wiggle Wiggle", specializing in household and consumer goods, is currently looking for a General Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management or leadership roles, preferably as a Brand Manager or Product Manager in the FMCG industry &/ similar retail experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong financial management skills (manage budgets, financial statements, forecasts sales and control expenses) and market dynamics to meet business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions and make decisions quickly.
- Thorough understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and measurable campaign success.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills (Korean) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality.
- Proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint), retail management software, POS systems, and other business management tools.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations of the company (offline store including staffing, inventory management); manage e-Commerce platforms (Company’s website, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business goals.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost online and offline sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction levels, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market trend and competitor analysis to adapt to trends, pricing strategies, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Optimize inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and work with the supply chain team to reduce shrinkage and overstock.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all retail stores (offline store, company’s website and online platforms).
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Person in Charge and the operations team.
- Manage relationships with third-party (e-Commerce platforms such as Company’s website, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc., and logistics vendors) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
