We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual to join our Bali office as General Administration Support. This position plays an essential role in assisting daily office operations and ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare office administrative documents (correspondence, filing, reports, and forms).
  • Support daily operational activities and office logistics.
  • Support the implementation of internal and external events (training, seminars, or meetings).
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in the company’s administrative systems.
  • Assist simple financial administration tasks such as recording expenses and submitting payment requests.
  • Coordinate with the head office for regular reporting and other administrative needs.
  • Welcome guests or clients professionally and provide front-desk support when required.
  • Organize data and reports systematically using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
