Arna Suites & Ocean is looking for a passionate and professional candidate to join our team as:

Qualifications:

Proven experience as Front Office Supervisor / Senior Receptionist / Guest Relation

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)

Strong understanding of guest experience & guest handling for international guests in Lembongan

Service-oriented with a strong hospitality mindset

Able to manage schedule, SOP, and Front Office daily operations

Good coordination skills with other departments

Preferably located in Bali / Lembongan / Nusa Penida or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Office

Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and personalized service

Handle check-in & check-out, reservations, payments and guest inquiries

Manage guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally

Maintain high standards of guest experience in line with Arna Suites & Ocean brand values
