Front Office Manager
Responsibilities
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences.
  • Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with translation, communication, and special needs.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel (fresh graduates welcome for junior roles).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and positive attitude.
  • Willing to work in North Jakarta, on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and a commitment to providing excellent service.
