Responsibilities
  • Caraft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with your business objectives boosts brand awareness and drives customer acquistior and retention.
  • Lead mentor and scale high performing marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and ongoing inrpovement.
  • Manage all marketing channels including digital marketing social media , email. influencer , content, PR and events , ensuring a unified and consistent brand meddage.
  • Collaborate with cross funtional teams to create and execute new product growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, leveraging data driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are alocated effectively and generating a robust ROI.St Cultivate and maintain relationships with key indutr partners , influencers, and media to amplify our brand's reach and reputation.
  • Remain current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tecknologies to maintain a competitve edge and drive continuous Growth.

  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with experience managing a significant and a strong ambition to scale it further. The candidate should be consistently "on" and not limited to a traditional 9-5 work schedule.
  • Hands-on Approach: Skilled in both strategizing and executing, with a willingness to actively participate in projects, coaching team members, and ensuring goals are met.

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

Strong Cross-functional collaboration:

Experience working closely with cross functional teams to create and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
