What will you do
  1. Generate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for kick-off sessions and other client meetings.
  2. Deliver fieldwork briefings to ensure interviewers clearly understand study objectives, methodology, and expectations.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to communicate and monitor recruitment progress.
  4. Design discussion guides that encourage meaningful insights and translate into actionable recommendations.
  5. Conduct basic qualitative methodologies, including focus group discussions (FGDs) and in-depth interviews (IDIs).
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Convert interview verbatims into Content Grids and develop Content Analysis to support key findings.
  8. Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and elevate issues to the project lead in a timely and solutions-oriented manner.
  9. Support senior members in the logistical coordination of focus groups and other qualitative activities.
  10. Assist senior team members in analysis and the development of clear, insightful, and well-structured research reports.
What will you need
  1. Minimum Bachelors in Psychology/Sociology/Philosophy/Social Anthropology/Business Administration, or in other related fields.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in qualitative research.
  3. Up to date with qualitative research methods, knowledge, and techniques.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of online market research is an advantage, good in presentation.
  5. Experienced in Project Management and Research proposals.
  6. Proficient in English language application for oral and written.
  7. Uphold ESOMAR Codes
