Position Overview

RecruitGo is dynamic FMCG Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Vietnam market. This role will focus on developing strategies, managing sales operations, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in both Modern Trade Chains and Traditional Trade Markets within the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to increase revenue in Vietnam.
  • Oversee sales and marketing activities to ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Conduct analytical sales reporting, forecasting, performance evaluation, and budgeting.
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide insights on Modern Trade and Traditional Trade opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of product introduction and placement in Modern Trade Chains.
  • In-depth geographical knowledge of Vietnam.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in food & beverage products is an advantage.
