Get to Know the Team

Join the ID rental fleet team! In fleet team We identify opportunities, fleet supply, maintenance strategies, and secure asset deals with both internal and external partners. As a Fleet team, We manage all vehicle assets spread into different pool location, in Jabo we have 5 different pool locations (BSD, Cakung, Cinangka, Jurumudi and Hankam). Based in our BSD Pool, you will report to Fleet management lead and ensure daily operation running well.

You will support the aftersales operations, especially on vehicle maintenance, body repair, process engineering, and data analysis. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Manage fleet and pool operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy in technical data and analysis.
  • Identify operational efficiencies while standardizing processes and Goals.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, including vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and improve Service level agreement performance to align with needs.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with a technical automotive background (especially 4W vehicles).
  • 2 years of experience in aftersales management, car workshops, general and body repair, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Prior exposure in data analysis, reporting, and process engineering.
  • Proficiency in mechanical and technical automotive processes, standards, and tools (e.g., grouping items/parts).
