This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing the contract lifecycle, and offering legal risk assessments. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Law, with a preference for experienced professionals from fintech or banking sectors. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and fluency in English is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory for business units, product, commercial, HR, and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Manage contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, renewal, amendment, and document control.
• Support corporate actions such as company administration, board resolutions, and notary coordination.
