  • Implement automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting mechanisms.

  • Utilize AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, Cost Tables, Committed Use Discounts Analysis, and Recommender API for cost insights.

  • Integrate third-party cost optimization tools.

  • Develop automation scripts using AWS Lambda, Python, Pulumi, or AWS SDKs to enforce cost policies.

  • Leverage FinOps dashboards and Tableau for visualization.

  • Work with our finance team to implement Continuous Accounting.

What you bring
  • Previous experience in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance role.

  • Strong AWS and GCP expertise.

  • Deep understanding of AWS and GCP pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization techniques.

  • Experience with FinOps tools and cloud cost management platforms.

  • Automation & scripting skills (Python, Terraform, AWS Lambda, Bash, or CloudFormation).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes (EKS), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Ability to analyze cost data and present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • AWS Certified FinOps Practitioner or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect.
