About the Job

We are hiring a highly analytical and proactive Financial Analyst to join our Bali team. You will lead financial planning, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making on multiple ventures, supporting our companies in Spain, South Africa, and The Netherlands, providing strategic insights that drive growth and enhance performance at an international level.

Your Mission

From Bali, you will collaborate with management, international teams, accounting teams, and international stakeholders to deliver accurate analyses, forecasts, and reports that inform strategic decisions. This role offers exposure to multi‑venture operations and global financial practices, making a direct impact on YOUNG’s international growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multiple ventures
• Prepare accurate reports, operational summaries, and variance analyses
• Analyze cost structures, revenue streams, and profitability metrics
• Support financial documentation, internal controls, and compliance
• Conduct research and provide actionable, data‑driven insights
• Collaborate with accounting, management, and international teams to optimize performance
• Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Who You Are

• Strong experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, ideally in international/multi‑venture contexts
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
• Highly accurate, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia a plus
• Proficient in Excel and financial tools
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment
