Job description

Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations.

Manage and process monthly tax payments in compliance with relevant regulations.

Verify supporting documents and prepare both incoming and outgoing payments.

Ensure all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with internal policies and external deadlines.

Supervise and assist in executing payments via online banking platforms.

Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity and support financial planning.

Monitor and manage FOREX exposure.

Perform other finance-related tasks or special projects as delegated by the superior.

Qualification & Experience

Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management or finance required

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, or accounting roles.

Solid understanding of cash flow management, tax regulations, and banking operations.

Experience with online banking systems and financial software (SAP)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to draft, review, and translate financial documents accurately.

Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
