Job summary

A leading Indonesian manufacturer is seeking a dynamic finance professional to oversee financial operations in Accounts Payable and Receivable. The role involves ensuring compliance in financial transactions, supervising the finance team, and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and strong ERP and Excel skills. This position requires on-site work in Cileungsi Plant, Cibubur – West Java.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with financial transactions and treasury management.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving required.

Job description

Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant operational financial transactions within the area, especially focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This position is responsible for monitoring process execution, document validation, data accuracy, cash availability, cash flow preparation, as well as coaching and supervising the area finance team. Additionally, it monitors loan status and area funding needs and plays an active role in process improvement and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Solid hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury
• Familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to work on a contract basis
• Ability to work on‑site at Cileungsi Plant, Cibubur – West Java
