A leading financial services company located in Medan is seeking a Financial Staff member to manage daily financial transactions, prepare monthly reports, and support audits. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ideally have 1-2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required. This role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or similar) is an advantage.
Able to perform bank reconciliation, petty cash management, AR/AP processing, and journal entries.
Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
Able to work under tight deadlines and in a team environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
Record and verify daily financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned.
