Job description

1. Professional Qualifications & Experience

• Holds an accounting certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., AKSI, CPA Indonesia).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on finance experience in Indonesian companies.
• Familiar with building accounting systems for startup environments and managing end‑to‑end tax reporting processes.

2. Compliance & Tax Expertise

• Strong understanding of Indonesian Income Tax Law and VAT Law.
• Proficient in handling tax filings such as PPh 21 (personal income tax), PPh 22 (import tax), VAT, ensuring full tax compliance for the company.
• Capable of independently managing bookkeeping, financial statement preparation (aligned with Indonesian GAAP and China‑based company requirements).
• Skilled in cash flow management, cost control, and budget planning, suitable for optimizing resources in a startup setting.
• Basic English or Mandarin proficiency is preferred, but not a strict requirement.

Soft Skills Requirements

• Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced startup environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong risk‑control awareness, ensuring data accuracy and financial compliance.
