Job summary

A leading engineering company in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced finance manager with over 8 years in accounting. Responsibilities include reviewing journals, managing tax compliance, and issuing financial reports. Experience with Accurrate software and a Brevet Tax Certificate is required. Preference given to candidates with familiarity in petroleum and natural gas construction. Collaboration with a Chinese financial manager is expected.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Review journals in a timely manner based on the business documents that occur every day.
2. Be responsible for communicating with the DJPor tax consultant agent to ensure that the company's tax declaration is timely and compliant.
3. Be responsible for issuing financial statements, reports and various management data tables.
4. Be responsible for the company's accounting and taxation to ensure legality and compliance.
5. Be responsible for cooperating with internal or external audits of the company.
6. Be responsible for the establishment, sorting out and operation of the company's processes.
7. Ensure the smooth connection of financial support for all the company's projects.
8. Assist the Chinese financial manager in managing the company's financial-related matters and report financial events to HQ in time.

Job requirements

1. More than 8 years of accounting experience, proficient in Accurrate or other accounting software (must).
2. Skilled in accounting, financial statement preparation and related operations (must).
3. Brevet Tax Certificate.
4. Skilled with tax calculation, tax report and payment procedures.
5. Financial experience in the petroleum and natural gas engineering construction industry is preferred.
6. Identify with corporate culture of Chinese companies, ever worked for Chinese company is preferred.
7. Stability in work career.
8. Corporate together with Chinese Manager.
9. Other assigned duties.
