Join the growing team at CV Unicare Naturindo' as a Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for this dynamic organisation based in Surabaya, Java. This is a casual work arrangement, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounting process, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts and other reports to support management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies
• Oversee the tax planning and filing process, including managing relationships with external tax authorities
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, training and performance management
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls to drive greater efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory or managerial accounting role, preferably within the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
