We are looking for a skilled Finance & Accounting Officer to join our dynamic Finance and Accounting Team. Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, consolidate financial data, create cash flow and financial project reports
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team and Project Manager to ensure accurate cash flow reporting
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Fluent in both written and spoken English (Interviews will be conducted in English as the successful candidate will communicate with our international team)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Very organized and able to work independently
• Quick to grasp new concepts and enthusiastic with a high willingness to learn
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting topics, including multi-currencies, 3-way matching, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret complex data
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Xero would be an advantage
