Job description

Work Location: Pergudangan Argo Pantes (Jl. MH. Thamrin No.KM 04 Blok F, Cikokol, Kec. Tangerang, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15117)

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and processing payment request such as billings, reimbursement, and invoices.
  • Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all cash transactions, including bank statement and petty cash.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, such as the reconciliation of bank accounts, Aging Account Payable, and Cash Flow.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • In charge of petty cash management.
  • Assisting with finance administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing proof of payment and other related documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as a financial clerk, Finance officer, Finance Cashier or finance accounting staff.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including cash flow, debits/credits, and bank reconciliation.
  • Experience with cash registers, cash handling procedures, and banking deposits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Have experience with accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Xero, or Netsuite is preferred.
  • Excellent attentions to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of financial and bookkeeping processes and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload.
