A leading international tobacco company is seeking a Field Marketing Executive in Sulawesi. This role involves ensuring effective trade and field marketing operations, supporting demand creation programs, and collaborating with the sales team. Candidates must possess a relevant degree and 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or the Tobacco industry. Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking are necessary for this position, which also offers flexible working arrangements and growth opportunities.

Reporting to: Area Manager
Location: Sulawesi
Responsible to ensure all trade & field marketing operations in area level are conducted properly according to guidance as well as propose bottom up marketing initiatives that fits consumer demands within assigned area.
Support Area Manager on the overall demand creation programs execution and control.
Monitor demand creation programs implementation and effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
Develop and evaluate consolidated post programs evaluation report to propose relevant action steps and continuous improvement.
Provide area market competitiveness and opportunities recommendation to establish demand creation programs (Operation Plan) aligned with marketing & sales objectives.
Establish alignment between HO Marketing and Field Sales Team in delivering competitive demand creation programs solutions within assigned area.
Collaborate with field sales supervisors in the execution of trade & field marketing initiatives to build alignment between sales KPI with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with Area Manager and Sales Supervisors to develop demand creation planning and execution capabilities.
Holds regular team engagement to set objectives, motivate team, communicate objectives.
Develop team members through various development intervention to provide continuous competencies development.
A graduate with a University or Bachelor's Degree.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event planning, and/or marketing space in FMCG / Tobacco industry.
Proficiency in trade & field marketing business process across channels.
Proven track record of supervising direct / indirect team members, specifically for merchandising process.
Flexible and open to travel (fieldwork from morning to afternoon; majority of time spent in the field; open to relocation).
