Our client, a growing hospital brand is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead and develop a large team of up to 20 people. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a solid technical foundation across finance functions, and the ability to drive high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. The position is based in Medan, and candidates must be willing to relocate or be locally based.

Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
Accounting Operations
- Lead and supervise accounting processes: AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Drive process improvements and system optimization to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Tax Management
- Oversee corporate tax planning, compliance, reporting, and audit processes.
- Ensure all tax filings (PPN, PPh, annual returns) are compliant and submitted on time.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory institutions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 20 finance, accounting, and tax staff.
- Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and performance standards.
- Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and growth-oriented work culture.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, legal, and management.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team in clear, professional English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Big 4 experience (audit) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
- Proven experience managing large teams (10–20+ members).
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Willing to be based in Medan.
