What You’ll Do

Plan and map classroom needs (number, size, and layout) for each branch.

Ensure teaching equipment and learning tools are available and in good condition before branch launch or operation.

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and report defects, damage, or maintenance needs.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Procurement, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align expansion and facility needs.

Support branch openings by ensuring facilities meet operational and brand standards.

Provide detailed documentation and reports on branch facilities and classroom readiness.

Travel regularly to visit branches and ensure standards are met on‑site.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree from any major.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in expansion, facilities management, operations, or a related role.
