Overview

Adecco Indonesia is supporting a Digital Infrastructure Company that develops, builds and operates digital networks and data centre assets. We are looking for a Lead Facility Engineer (Electrical) located in Batam. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining data centre equipment and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage PPM schedule and maintenance plans for all data centre equipment.
• Coordinate technicians and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and closure of overdue tasks.
• Manage CMMS tickets, asset data, records, and change management documentation.
• Maintain contractor lists, service contracts, DLP defect register, and other critical documentation.
• Support audits, RCA, MBR reports, and customer notifications.
• Track asset lifecycle, inventory, and spare parts; support onboarding and training of contractors.
• Assist operations during emergencies, incidents, and mock drills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities or operations management.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical trade background or degree.
• Ability to review standard Operating Procedures, Methods of Procedure, Emergency Operating Procedures, Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis reports, asset management, PTW requests.
• Experience managing CMMS ticketing, Customer Portals, Change Management, PTW, PPM Planner, Corrective Maintenance, audit.
• Understanding of Data Centre infrastructure: MV switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers, cooling tower, CRAH, fire protection systems.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work under time sensitive conditions.
• Able to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
