  • Manage a team of export sales representatives and support staff to achieve ambitious revenue targets

  • Monitor export market trends and competitor activity, and adapt export sales plans accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pitch company's products and services
What is Required
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Strong in B2B sales & export, preferably a typical sales hunter.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staff / Supervisor in Export Sales.
  • Willing to work in Mojokerto, East Java.
