About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Expansion & Facilities Coordinator to support the growth of Sparks Math. This role ensures every new and existing branch has the right classroom setup, proper facilities, and all teaching equipment in excellent condition to deliver the best learning experience. You will be responsible for mapping classroom layouts, inspecting building conditions, and coordinating across teams to make sure operational readiness runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and map classroom needs (number, size, and layout) for each branch.
  • Ensure teaching equipment and learning tools are available and in good condition before branch launch or operation.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and report defects, damage, or maintenance needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align expansion and facility needs.
  • Support branch openings by ensuring facilities meet operational and brand standards.
  • Provide detailed documentation and reports on branch facilities and classroom readiness.
  • Travel regularly to visit branches and ensure standards are met on-site.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in expansion, facilities management, operations, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to be mobile and visit different branch locations.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
