Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Travel Assistant to design and manage exceptional travel experiences for our Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end travel planning, a deep understanding of global destinations, and a sincere commitment to delivering thoughtful, seamless service. As part of the executive team, this role may also include providing direct support to the executive for travel arrangements and related activities when required. The position calls for professionalism, discretion, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful travel experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Craft exceptional travel experiences — from first-class flights to stays at the world’s most elegant hotels
  • Design personalized itineraries that reflect each client’s lifestyle, dreams, and preferences
  • Research and recommend unique destinations, hidden gems, and unforgettable travel experiences
  • Manage travel budgets and ensure cost-effective yet premium arrangements
  • Provide seamless client support before, during, and after each journey
  • Handle any travel-related issues, last-minute changes, or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
  • Stay informed on current travel trends, international travel restrictions, and entry regulations
  • Maintain close relationships with global partners in the luxury travel and hospitality industry
  • Be ready to assist beyond standard hours to ensure clients enjoy a worry-free experience
  • This position will be part of the Executive Assistant Team and may, as required, provide direct assistance to the Executive
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for the travel industry, with a strong sense of curiosity and commitment to staying updated on global travel trends
  • An expert at booking first and business class with leading airlines and know the best hotels around the world
  • Extensive knowledge of global travel regulations, visa, and arrival documentation requirements for multiple countries is a strong advantage
  • Able to creating memorable journeys for others, actively explores and learns about the best destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences
  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary to ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory
  • Experience: Travel Assistant, Travel Consultant, Travel Administrator, Personal Assistant to the Director
