Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to drive a car and have Class A driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and proofread various communications such as emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise and maintain office files, records, and other documentation.
  • Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense management.
