Job description

Manage and lead end-to-end process of estimation across all disciplines and ensure all estimates are built up in accurate, reliable, and systematically conform to Company's procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Developing and estimating business processes, norms, and databases, and ensure its applicability at the project level. All databases are developed and applied.

Determines the scope of work and contents of the project estimate by preparing a list of bid quantities and items. Lists are prepared and SoW are determined.

Perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner Bids and pricing are evaluated in timely manner.

Lead and manages estimate preparation and submission, include conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted. All preparation processes are managed.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained.

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering. or Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 10 years in estimating roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management capacity overseeing complex, large-scale projects.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven background in material handling, infrastructure, process plants, marine works, and other industrial sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of estimating principles and methodologies across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and implement estimating strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong network within industry, including technical associations and professional bodies; adept at building relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Management Acumen: Deep understanding of technical standards, site supervision, work methods, and cost control; capable of integrating design and execution considerations into estimates.
  • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Skilled in risk analysis, resource optimization, and delivering precise estimates under time and budget constraints.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
