Qualifications

Our production facility in Cikarang boasts global-level manufacturing competitiveness with state-of-the‑art automation, aseptic management, and quality tracking systems across various fields, including stem cell therapies and botulinum toxin products. A new plant for chemical drug production is currently under construction, which will further expand our manufacturing capabilities. Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands‑on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.

Your Role in This Journey

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to schedules.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and system failures.
  • Ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.
  • Implement safety protocols and provide training on safe equipment operation.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Monitor usage and coordinate procurement of critical spare parts.
  • Support facility improvement projects, new equipment installations, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sterile production management.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and strict attention to detail.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with good interpersonal skills.
  • Professional experience in a pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
