Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Payroll & HRIS and Employee & Industrial Relations.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end HR service delivery processes: onboarding, job changes, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits administration.
  • Oversee and manage HR operations matters in Singapore, ensuring alignment with local practices and regulations.
  • Monitor quality of service delivery, identify improvement areas and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, including Indonesia employment laws and regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience by providing prompt, accurate, helpful support to employees and managers.
  • Ensure all HR administration processes are handled with appropriate control mechanisms, including 4‑eye check, data protection and compliance tasks.
  • Act as first point of contact for escalations.
  • Manage third‑party connections with payroll and other service providers.
  • Monitor the workload and ensure resources to provide excellent services and performance.
Competencies and skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations management, including payroll administration, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Indonesia's employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; able to manage and optimize HR processes.
  • Proven managerial experience with effective team leadership.
  • Background in delivering high-quality service within a shared services or HR operations environment.
  • Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent ability to engage, influence, and motivate team members.
  • Hands‑on experience in process engineering and re‑engineering to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
