The main responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software. This role has to be able to communicate to users along with creating written documentation with good verbal communication.

• Setting up company installations including operating system, networking, and office needs related and ensuring everything is in working order

• Being responsible in giving response to service issues and requests by users
• Being open with the advance of new technologies and able to implement if needed
