Seeking an exceptional E-commerce Specialist to join the dynamic marketing team at PT. SEA LAB BEAUTY', a leading beauty and skincare company based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As the E-commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's online sales and digital marketing strategies. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work for an innovative, fast-paced company and contribute to its continued growth and success.
Manage and Optimize Sales Performance across major online marketplaces, particularly Shopee and TikTok Shop, to consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
Oversees and maintain Product Listings, ensuring all product information, visuals, and inventory levels are accurate and SEO-optimized to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Lead Pricing and Promotion Strategies, including the creation and execution of engaging flash sales, coupon campaigns, and attractive product bundles across platforms.
Develop and Implement Integrated Digital Marketing Strategies within the marketplaces (such as Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads) to drive high-quality traffic and efficient sales.
Manage the Affiliate Program, which involves identifying, nurturing relationships with, and monitoring the performance of key influencers or creators to boost brand awareness and sales.
Routinely Analyze Sales Data, Market Trends, and Campaign Performance to identify growth opportunities, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Execute New E-commerce Initiatives based on analysis to strategically improve the Conversion Rate (CR) and Average Order Value (AOV).
Manage Customer Relationships (CRM) related to online sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction and prompt handling of inquiries (in coordination with the Customer Service team).
Coordinate Cross‑Functionally with various teams (such as Warehouse/Logistics, Marketing, and Product) to ensure seamless daily operations, from order processing to delivery fulfillment.
