A leading electronics company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Manager to oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role involves developing growth strategies, managing online campaigns, and leading a team while ensuring product availability and performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of e-commerce experience and proven leadership skills, along with a strong analytical background and fluency in English. Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product assortment, pricing, content, and campaign execution.
Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and online revenue.
Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure product availability, competitiveness, and accurate product information online.
Plan, execute, and evaluate online campaigns and promotions with Marketing and Sales teams.
Monitor e-commerce performance, customer experience, and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Analyze sales, traffic, and customer data to drive insights, reporting, and strategic decisions.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Tech teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and platform performance.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, marketplace tools, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
Manage, coach, and develop junior e-commerce team members or apprentices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital retail, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand websites).
Proven experience in managing online campaigns, promotions, and commercial performance.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.

Passion for digital commerce, consumer behavior, and technology‑driven retail.
