  • Make travel arrangements for employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar for management.
  • Assist with projects and translations in collaboration with India Hub.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate (good in Ms Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Managing supplies, equipment, and office budget and maintaining data onfinances & related to projects.
  • Draws up PO, GR, Invoices submission. Including budget monitoring and expenditure along with Local Internal Controller.
  • Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Maintaining calendar: Coordinating & scheduling calendar for management.
  • Emerging markets in collaboration with India Hub and Assist India project leader for Screener/Attributes/ Concept Indonesia Translation.
