A leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced candidate for account management roles. You will develop annual plans, ensure brand visibility, and improve team skills. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a related field and is proficient in Microsoft Office. The position requires fluency in English and willingness to travel across Indonesia, enhancing the operational effectiveness of our brands.
To develop an annual by account plan that will ensure the achievements of area goals & objectives in all clusters. Consistent; productive account coverage in ensuring availability, visibility & presence of RPS brands in national & regional chains. On time implementation of monthly priorities & submission of reports. To conduct regular area / team updates. To develop basic selling skills of APL / sub distributor sales team / MDs. To provide solutions, process & system improvements that address tactical & strategic gaps in operations at area level.
