Job Requirements
  • Dispatch Center Experience: 10+ years managing a dispatch or network operations center (NOC) in a telecom/service environment.
  • Tech & Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills with telecom dispatch software, ticketing systems (like Remedy, ServiceNow), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • High-Pressure Coordination: Excellent organizational and communication skills to prioritize dynamically and coordinate multiple field teams under time pressure.
  • Analytical Reporting Skills: Strong ability to manage data, create clear reports, and identify trends from operational data.
Job Responsibilities
  • Centralized Dispatch Command: Oversee the 24/7 dispatch center. Optimize the allocation of faults and tasks to subcontractor teams based on priority, location, and skill.
  • Real-Time Performance Monitoring: Monitor live dashboards for KPI adherence (e.g., first-time fix rate, response time). Proactively manage backlogs and dispatch bottlenecks.
  • Management Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on all key metrics. Ensure data accuracy and provide insights for the OSPM.
  • System & Process Improvement: Manage the dispatch/ticketing system. Continuously improve dispatch logic, reporting automation, and communication workflows.
