Aden Indonesia is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Transformation Specialist to accelerate our digital roadmap. This role will drive solution implementation, training, and adoption tracking across our operations while collaborating closely with the IT team at our Headquarter.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end implementation of digital transformation initiatives across Aden Indonesia.

Deliver training and onboarding for employees on digital systems and tools.

Track solution adoption, performance, and operational impact.

Partner with Operations, Management, and HQ IT teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and process optimization.

Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or related fields.

2–3 years of experience in digital implementation, IT systems, or project management.

Solid understanding of digital tools, ERP platforms, or implementation software.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams (including HQ IT).
