About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Performance Manager to join Sales & Marketing in Jumeirah Bali (National Talent). The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Plan, execute, and continuously refine data-driven performance marketing strategies across Rooms, Events, F&B, and Lifestyle segments, aligned with the hotel’s strategic goals and Balanced Scorecard KPIs.
  • Drive end-to-end multi-funnel strategies focused on conversion, from awareness through to retention, across all key digital channels.
  • Oversee and manage the hotel’s digital marketing budget with a focus on not just ROI, but also revenue share, channel efficiency, and revenue contribution.
  • Lead the optimization of Jumeirah.com performance, ensuring strong visibility, engagement, and conversion mainly through multi-channel performance marketing, UX enhancements, content strategy with a little bit of SEO.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team, revenue and distribution team and third-party vendors to develop integrated digital campaigns, including paid search, meta search, display, retargeting, and affiliate programs when there is opportunity to expand to this channel.
  • Support CRM, social media, third-party websites, email, and PR to ensure alignment with overall performance objectives and to drive qualified traffic and direct bookings.
  • Manage agency and third-party partner relationships to ensure full alignment with Jumeirah Bali’s brand standards and performance objectives.
About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, etc.)
  • Strong foundation in performance marketing planning, project management, budget control, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience managing media performance and budgets to optimize and drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting performance insights and strategies
