The role involves strategizing audience targeting, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Marketing or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, with a strong analytical mindset and creativity and a proven track record of exceeding sales and campaign KPIs.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Strategize placements, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content resonates and converts.
Align online advertising initiatives with offline marketing activities for integrated campaigns.
Stay ahead of evolving algorithms, platform updates, and digital advertising trends.
