Digital Ads Specialist

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Strategize placements, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROAS.

Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance and efficiency.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content resonates and converts.

Align online advertising initiatives with offline marketing activities for integrated campaigns.

Stay ahead of evolving algorithms, platform updates, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within B2B and B2C e-commerce.
  • Experience in an agency for at least 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of the fashion customer journey across B2B and B2C.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs related to sales growth and online campaign performance.
  • Sharp analytical skills and logic, especially in marketing, branding, and business.
  • Passionate about brand design and digital marketing.
