Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in nickel smelters, mining, or heavy industry
  • Proven experience assisting or leading project management activities on major EPC projects
  • Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of the full EPC lifecycle: engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning
  • Skilled in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
  • Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and decision‑making capabilities
  • Good knowledge of HSE and QA/QC standards in industrial projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, or related fields)
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (P6); PMP certification is a plus
  • Willing to work at project sites as needed
