Qualifications

• Experienced in Automotive Manufacturing tier-1 and understanding of Toyota Production System (TPS).

Job description

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor production schedules and project planning to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure that timelines are met and projects are on track.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedules and delivery.
• Plan and control delivery schedules, managing both in-house and supplier‑based logistics effectively.
• Ensure logistics readiness, including documentation, preparation, and dispatch of goods.
• Follow up on delivery status with customers and suppliers to maintain clear communication.
• Conduct, evaluate, and follow up on project implementation and improvement activities to enhance performance.
• Monitor results and ensure that Kaizen initiatives are completed successfully.
• Manage shop floor operations and document control to maintain high standards.
• Ensure document accuracy, completeness, and proper filing according to company standards.
• Manage and input data into the Odoo system for effective tracking and reporting.
• Generate reports related to project status, logistics performance, and planning schedules for management review.
• Follow up with customers regarding delivery status based on company expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Actively negotiate and manage issues related to delivery changes or schedule adjustments to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely problem resolution and effective communication.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
• Language: Good command in English is a must
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience as a Delivery Assistant Manager in the automotive manufacturing or plastic injection manufacturing sectors.
• Experienced in Automotive Manufacturing tier‑1 and understand about Toyota Production System (TPS)
• Driver License: Preferably holds SIM A.
