Role Overview

We are looking for a curious, technically skilled individual with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to join our team as a People Analytics Analyst. In this role, you will analyze workforce data to uncover insights that shape talent strategies and drive business performance. You’ll apply scientific thinking to business questions, using both statistical and qualitative methods, and collaborate closely with data science teams.

A key part of your role will be translating complex technical analyses into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with business stakeholders. You will transform data into actionable recommendations, enabling leaders to make informed, strategic decisions.

Your 'day-to-day'
  • Lead end-to-end scaleable workforce analytics projects, from consulting with HR and business leaders to understand their needs, gathering business requirements, framing analytics questions, and validating hypothesis to delivering outputs, visualizing data, and generating actionable insights that drive value.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to co-develop data-driven solutions and influence strategic decision-making.
  • In collaboration with data science teams, use data mining and statistical techniques to analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualizations.
  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations that support talent strategies and business goals to drive actions.
  • Measure impacts from actions delivered.
  • Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and data sources to enhance the impact and efficiency of analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance in all analyses.
  • Support data literacy by sharing knowledge and best practices with HR colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Part of your role and onboarding journey will be to deliver operational reporting to ensure all reports are delivered according to SLA and support efforts to automate this demand.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Psychology, Economics, Business, or related disciplines).
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in HR or workforce-related domains.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data (e.g. SuccessFactors).
  • Strong technical skills: advanced Excel, SQL, scripting (e.g. Python).
  • Strong statistical and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced PowerPoint storytelling).
  • Ability to apply structured thinking and scientific methods to problems.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate data into business-relevant insights.
  • Strong consulting mindset: proactive, curious, and solution-oriented.
  • Understanding of data privacy and governance in HR analytics.
