Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for managing data for analysis, and performance evaluation to support management decision‑making. This role ensures data accuracy, data integrity, and reliability while delivering actionable insights through dashboards and analytical reports. The position works closely with Maintenance, Finance, and operation teams to improve performance monitoring system and data‑driven initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage data accuracy, integrity, and reliability of performance in accordance with company standards
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and performance tracking tools for maintenance and operational.
  • Analyze maintenance, financial, and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by providing historical data, failure trends, and analytical insights.
  • Support configuration, update, and enhancement of CMMS and maintenance data systems (e.g., PRONTO, AMS).
  • Coordinate with Finance and Maintenance teams to ensure accurate reporting, cost analysis, and KPI monitoring.
  • Support audits and performance reviews through accurate and reliable data reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree (S1) in Finance & Accounting/ Bachelors Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Maintenance Analyst, Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, or equivalent role.
  • Strong capability in data analysis, integration, and performance reporting.
  • Experience using maintenance and performance systems (PRONTO, QlikView, AMS, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial and performance analysis tools (Cognos, Remesys, or similar).
  • Familiar with mining equipment and processing plant environments is preferred.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and visualization).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
