Key Functions

• Conduct in-depth descriptive analytics on customer data, portfolios, transactions, and more, especially in the consumer or retail segments.
• Deliver performance analysis of digital products and solutions, providing actionable insights to boost our group’s Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and detailed analyses, both regular and ad-hoc, across various customer segments within different squads or tribes.
• Ensure reports, insights, and dashboards are based on the best quality data—accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and fellow data analysts to identify necessary data and produce insights that inform organizational decisions.
• Use your data analytics expertise to proactively contribute to product improvements, enhance customer acquisition, increase Asset Under Maintenance (AUM), Product Holding (PH), and achieve other business metrics aligned with our group OKRs.
• Leverage the best techniques and technologies in data processing to deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and analyses efficiently and to communicate improvement recommendations proactively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in data analytics, portfolio, and business performance management, MIS, or BI development in industries such as Financial/Banking, Fintech, startups, consultancy, or IT/Telecommunications.
