Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Customer filling lines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective Technical Service support to Customers during product trials.
• Deliver technical advice on product specifications and quality standards.
• Handle Customer complaints promptly and professionally.
