A logistics company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced individual for the Exim & Customer Support role. The successful candidate will manage logistics from order receipt to delivery, coordinate documentation, and support various teams. Applicants should have a minimum D3/S1, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle pressure.
Customer Support & Supply Chain from A to Z from receive PO until goods delivered to Customer's door
Supporting Exim department or team in various capacities
Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures
Coordinating and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and forwarder to ensure prompt and proper movement of goods
Coordinate the payment of freight and duty charges to relevant parties
Receive PO from customer & create PO to supplier
Update delivery schedule, receive the goods, arrange delivery to bonded or non-bonded customer and prepare document needed.
Review and prepare sales & purchase agreement, create warranty letter and create project completion document (BAST)
Support sales team for tracking purchase & sales data history, contract etc and ensuring all the document and data is valid
Scanning and filling all the DO or document that come to Sunwa
Responsible for back up for urgent matter for the CS & EXIM Team
Stock taking (monthly & yearly) and arrange stock Opname Schedule and ensure the actual goods same as data in the system
Providing a variety of support services for employees and company
Keep all company's permit document, legal document & company regulation document secured and updated.
Coordinate with finance team to submit LKPM report every 3 months in OSS website
Handling expatriate work permit documentation such as (KITAS,Visa, etc)
Retrieve & check fingerprint absent before submitting to HR team (monthly basis)
Checking staff reimbursement data before submitting to accounting and finance team (monthly basis)
Coordinate and communicate with vendor relating to office consumption supply, car management, office boy task, IT problem etc.
Minimum D3/S1 in any field
Familiar with shipping procedures and documents
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Disciplined, detail-oriented, Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Business-level English proficiency ( able to write & speak japanese is a strong advantage)
Able to work under pressure and fast response for the urgent matter.
Proactive and supporting other team when necessary needed.
