We are seeking an experienced Customer Service to join our team at PT Enerfusion Technology Indonesia in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the customer service and operations for our electric vehicle (EV) charger projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and solve customer problems quickly, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the customer service and operations teams
