Job summary

A leading customer service provider in Indonesia is seeking a Customer Relations Officer / Frontliner. The role involves responding to customer inquiries through various channels, handling complaints, and providing product information to ensure excellent service. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, a diploma or degree, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. The position demands good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. This role is located in Central Jakarta and West Jakarta.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in customer service.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
  • Ability to operate a computer and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to chats, and reply to emails.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide the best solutions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Escalate priority issues as necessary.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Answering an Incoming all channels (Calls/Respond Chat/Reply Email)

Handle customer complaints by clarifying, selecting, and explaining teh best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution

Provide Customers about product & service information

Escalate priority issues

Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,

Required Skill(s): Understand P2P Industry knowledge; Patience, carefulness and having service consciousness ability; Good communication skills; Able to operate computer and Ms.Office.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
