You will be responsible for engaging with customers on social media, transforming inquiries into bookings, and managing artist schedules. Basic Photoshop skills and tattoo knowledge are required. Job description

You’ll be based at our office in Canggu, Bali, just minutes from our tattoo studio. It’s a focused but creative environment that keeps our studio running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Job Outline:

Join the fastest-growing tattoo shop in Bali as our Online Customer Service & Booking Agent.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers online — chatting with them on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, answering questions, explaining our tattoo services and prices, and turning conversations into confirmed bookings with deposits.

You’ll also keep schedules organized, assign artists, and use basic Photoshop to create simple previews (resize/crop images) that help customers visualize their tattoo ideas before booking.

The Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer chats on WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook
• Convert chats into confirmed bookings & secure deposits
• Assign artists & keep schedules updated
• Input bookings into our system & calendar
• Use Photoshop to prepare simple tattoo previews

The Requirements:

• Fast typing (60+ WPM)
• Organized & tech-savvy
• Basic Photoshop skills REQUIRED
• Tattoo knowledge REQUIRED

Time & Money:

7 hrs/day, 6 days/week

8 - 12m salary (based on experience)
