Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Drive customer experience initiatives and execution, including events, loyalty programs, and community engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Customers (KOCs), from monitoring and negotiation to execution.
  • Monitor social media channels to identify potential risks, trends, and opportunities for customer engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful customer events and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer insights, market sentiment, and community performance.
Requirements
  • Customer-centric oriented with proven experience in customer engagement, community management, and event organization.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills, with a confident and approachable personality.
  • Familiar with KOLs/KOCs partnerships.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to support weekend events and proficient with tools for administration and reporting.
